The City of Boca Raton Code Enforcement's purpose is to sustain a high quality of life through citizen education and comprehensive enforcement of zoning, building, minimum housing, licensing and related codes.

To report a violation, please call the Code EnforcementOffice at (561) 393-7934
Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM (excluding major holidays)
Saturday - Sunday: 8 AM - 2 PM (leave a message and a Code Officer will respond)

Please contact the Police Department for any AFTER HOUR noise and nuisance complaint at the non-emergency number: (561) 368-6201.

NOTE: For a Police or Fire emergency, please call 9-1-1.

IMPORTANT: Each “special event” is unique. Our staff can provide you with expert guidance to assist you in completing the Special Event Application process in the shortest possible time. It is strongly recommended that you contact a Code EnforcementSpecialist at (561) 393-7934 for assistance with the process. A Code EnforcementSpecialist will be glad to assist you.
