The three female juveniles told officers they were walking on the sidewalk in front of PF Changs, when they heard a car horn honking in the parking lot.  When they looked around, they saw a white male, naked from the waist down, standing next to a red two-door vehicle, possibly a Nissan or Honda.  The suspect, who was wearing a shirt but lifted it up so it exposed his chest, was turning around and appeared to be posing.  The suspect got into his car and left the parking lot and went west on Glades Road, towards I-95.
