Rental Fees: Resident $55.50, Non-resident $221.00 plus $30.00 processing fee

Parking: Street parking and parking garage available
Insurance: $74.27 for the party. Insurance must also be provided for any outside vendor coming on to the property, ie: equipment rental companies, wedding planners.

Scheduling & Availability: Reservations are accepted no more than 90 days in advance
